I met and befriended Francis during a tour in Tanzania and working in the tourism industry, from there the idea of Safari Avventura was born.
Tanzania really impressed me from the very beginning with its unspoiled nature, the amount and variety of wildlife, and the welcoming nature of the people, and we felt at home right away.

Francis Emmanuel Mathayo
My name is Francis, and I am the administrator and guide of Safari Adventure. I was born in 1990 in a village called Lake Eyasi.
My father has been a guide since 1970 and soon took me to the bush to learn the trade.
I started out first as a cook and later after qualifying as a professional guide, I started working for a local tour operator in Arusha.
During one of the safaris I met Gianluca, we became friends, and he helped me create Safari Avventura.
How we organize the tour in Tanzania
I am Ruth, born in Karatu, Tanzania, always passionate about my land and proud to make it better known to travelers, I studied in the tourism field with great dedication.
For Safari Avventura, I am the office manager in Tanzania, overseeing the bureaucratic part of the organization and managing the internal flights.

Crucial, in the success of a safari, is the guide who will accompany you. Our guides are all selected local guides who are professional, welcoming and have a deep knowledge of the area. Guides are very important to us, so we personally select them and invest in their training on a regular basis to always offer the best service. All of our guides are multilingual in order to cater to travelers from all over the world.
