What to pack
Are you ready to dive into this amazing tour? Are you ready to spend your honeymoon on safari in Tanzania and Zanzibar? Well, you definitely need to think about what to pack in your suitcase then.
To protect yourself from the sun and insects, it is very important to carry sunscreen with high protection and a high coverage insect repellent.
As a precaution, it is helpful to bring generic medications, in addition to those you may be taking regularly (an antipyretic, broad-spectrum antibiotic, intestinal disinfectant, eye drops).
For safaris, it is a good idea to bring light, easily washable clothing, a windbreaker jacket and sweater for early morning activities, as well as sunglasses, sun cap, a scarf or bandana for the wind, and comfortable sneakers. Long pants and long-sleeved shirts are advisable as they discourage insect bites.

How we organize the tour in Tanzania

Vaccinations Tanzania
Mandatory vaccinations are NOT required for safaris in Tanzania.
Hepatitis, typhoid and malaria prophylaxis are recommended. If necessary, consult your doctor or ASL.
We recommend using insect repellent and mosquito nets to avoid insect and mosquito bites. There are not many mosquitoes, especially during the dry season, and the probability of contracting diseases is really low, however, it is good to be cautious and avoid any risk. Vaccination for yellow fever is not mandatory, except for those coming from endemic areas, such as Kenya, for whom it will be mandatory instead.
Passports and visas required for Tanzania
Foreigners entering Tanzania must have a passport with at least 6 months validity. The passport must be presented with an ordinary visa to an immigration officer at any point of entry.
The “ordinary visa,” which is normally needed for sightseeing, can be applied for, before departure, in the country of origin at theTanzanian Embassy, or directly upon arrival in Tanzania at a checkpoint, after filling out a form, where flight details, passport number and details are required, among other things, and paying US$50 (corresponding to €42.40). There is no need to bring photos for this visa. The visa can also be applied for online at the official website.
