Arrival at the airport and transfer to Arusha

Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, you will be greeted by our staff who will take you to your luxury hotel in Arusha.

Day 2
Nature walk in Arusha National Park

After breakfast, you will start the safari in Tanzania, visiting the Arusha National Park, particularly varied from the landscape point of view, where it is possible to take the nature walk.
In the morning you will take an exciting nature walk, accompanied by the Park Guard, and you will have the opportunity to see zebras, giraffes, warthogs, antelopes and herds of buffaloes up close.After the walk, the safari will continue by jeep and along the way you will be able to see, in addition to different types of monkeys, also other mammals such as the aardrop, the potamocero, the crested porcupine and the black and white colobus, a primate in the process of extinction that in Northern Tanzania is present exclusively in this park, as well as, in the lake area, also various species of birds and the beautiful pink flamingos.

Day 3
The Tarangire Park and the night safari in the Manyara Park

After breakfast at the lodge, your safari in Tanzania continues with a visit to the Tarangire National Park.

This park is characterized by its rugged nature and the presence of numerous and majestic baobabs, many of which date back to over 2000 years ago.
During the game drive, you will see numerous elephants, as Tarangire Park is home to the largest elephant population in northern Tanzania.
During the dry season, the observation of the animals is absolutely amazing, hosting the highest density of wildlife on the entire continent.

At the end of the Tarangire visit, transfer to the lodge inside the Manyara Park.
After dinner, a fascinating night safari in the Manyara Park from 20:00 to 23:00, a different way to experience the safari in Tanzania.

Manyara Park

After breakfast in the lodge, you will continue the safari to discover the Lake Manyara National Park, one of the Tanzanian parks with the highest biodiversity.
In an area of only 330 square kilometers, of which 230 are occupied by the lake, it is possible to meet five different ecosystems.
During the photo safari, you will be able to see over 380 types of birds and a large number of animal species including elephants, buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, leopards, lions, baboons, hippos, antelopes, warthogs and many more.

Lunch in an equipped area in the park, from where you can also walk to discover the hot springs and along the pier above the lake.
After lunch, transfer to the lodge inside the Serengeti Park.

Serengeti National Park

After breakfast at the lodge, you will visit the Serengeti National Park, the extraordinary place where legend meets reality.
Being the oldest and largest park in Tanzania, covering an area of 14,763 sq km, a “Plain without borders”, you will dedicate several days to its discovery.

There are boundless plains, the great migration of herbivores (depending on the period of stay), herds of lions and other predators such as hyenas, cheetahs, leopards, jackals and crocodiles, and many other animals await you.

Serengeti Park
Day 6
Balloon safari in the Serengeti

On this day, you will experience a truly exciting experience, the balloon safari in the Serengeti.
At dawn, you will be accompanied to the starting point of the balloons.
An exciting activity awaits you, a safari in the sky, from where you can admire the park in all its vastness and beauty. After breakfast in the park, you will rise into the air to discover the Serengeti. At the end, at the landing point, a light aperitif. Afterwards, the guide will accompany you with the jeep to continue your photo-safari.

From Serengeti Park to Ngorongoro Reserve

After breakfast in the lodge, we will continue the visit of the extraordinary Serengeti National Park.
You will see, occasionally interrupting the endless prairies, bizarre granite formations, the kopjes, above which sometimes large predators, such as lions, love to lie down or hide while waiting for the passage of a possible prey.

After lunch, the photo safari continues along the road from the Serengeti to the Ngorongoro Reservation Area.

Visit to the Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast in the lodge, you will visit the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, one of the most famous places in the world for safaris, declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco in 1978 and International Biosphere Reserve in 1981.
In particular, the photo safari will take place inside the Ngorongoro crater, the largest uninterrupted caldera in the world and one of the natural wonders of Africa with the presence of about 30,000 large mammals resident throughout the year, such as buffaloes, lions. , elephants, cheetahs, hippos and rhinos, and many varieties of birds, such as flamingos, eagles, buzzards, ostriches and hawks.

After some relaxation, you will continue the photo safari in the NCA, the only reserve where wild animals coexist with the Masai population, who live here in different villages.

When to go to Tanzania?

What is the best time of year for a trip to Tanzania? Tanzania has a tropical climate. In the highlands, temperatures vary between 10 and 20°C during the cold and hot seasons, respectively. The hottest period is from November to February (25-31°C), while the coldest period occurs between May and August (15-20°C).

What to pack?

Airports in Tanzania: which one to choose?

Tanzania's main airport is Julius Nyerere International Airport DAR in Dar Es Salaam near the center and ideal for visiting the parks of southern Tanzania. Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) is the most important for international traffic and ideal for visiting the parks of northern Tanzania. Zanzibar Abeid Amani Karume, on the other hand, is only 5 km south of Zanzibar.
