Day 1
Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport and departure for Arusha

Day 2
Safari in the Tarangire Park

Today is one of the most important days for this Gnu itinerary in Tanzania, because you finally get to visit the Tarangire Park, one of the greatest wonders of the whole and Africa, a perfect destination for those who love animals and breathtaking views.

The main feature of this park, which makes it one of the most interesting destinations for safaris in the world, is the presence of a large number of beautiful baobabs, trees of majestic size, many of which date back to 2000 years ago. In addition to the rich vegetation, there is also a large number of different animals and species. Arusha Park is home to huge herds of elephants, wildebeests, antelopes, zebras, lions, gazelles, African pythons that often climb on trees, giraffes, and sometimes even leopards and rhinos. The Tarangire is also ideally located for bird watching; lovers of the genus will be able to delight in the sight of over 500 species, particularly between October and May. It is possible, on request, to make night excursions by jeep in the area of Lolkisale.

Day 3
Safari in Manyara Park

After breakfast, this third day of the Gnu safari is entirely dedicated to one of the most special places in Tanzania, lauded 100 years ago as the most beautiful lake in all of Africa: We are obviously talking about the Lake Manyara Park.

Located near the Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti National Park, this lake is famous for two distinct reasons. One is the huge amount of flamingos and other birds that fills the entire lake area, turning it into a cawing pink expanse. The second feature for which Lake Manyara is famous is the presence of Masai lions, one of the most appreciated and beautiful to behold felines in Africa, which can be found by observing the branches of the trees where they usually rest.

The park is famous throughout the world for its incredible biodiversity and the presence of different environments, ranging from swamps to acacia forests.
